Operations Coordinator

My role here at Paragon Financial is the Operations Coordinator. I support our team of advisors by monitoring and processing client documentation, and ensuring that all clients have an outstanding experience within our office. I take great pride in knowing they feel confident their information will be documented quickly and efficiently.

I am extremely organized with an energetic efficiency for making sure processes are completed properly. My natural skill set means I am perfectly suited to my daily tasks of coordinating spreadsheets, reports and letters that pertain to client projects. I relish the opportunity to use my existing customer support and administrative skills, while educating myself in a new financial work environment.

I also like to try to create a warm and relaxed environment for all of our clients. My mission is to facilitate an environment where clients can feel like an integral member of our financial family, while receiving exceptional financial service.

I attended college at the University of Wisconsin. I also have 25 years of administrative and customer support experience.

Outside of the office I love to keep active, and have helped in several housing projects for Habitat for Humanities. I’m also an art fanatic, and can usually be found creating something – be that painting, drawing, or photography. I also take several ballet classes during the week, and am in a ballet company that likes to dance for the elderly around the area several times a year.

I have a 16 year old son who is a musician and plans to go to college for audio production. I also have a 23 year old daughter who lives in West Point with her partner and my three granddaughters. The girls are all under six, so it is very busy but I love every minute.
